Congrats, Sanye Sichinga!
We are happy to announce the 1st recipient of the Angela R. Cleveland Scholarship Sanye Sichinga! Sanye is a junior in the School of Business Executive Leadership (SBEL) Honors Program at Howard University, studying accounting holding a 3.95 GPA. On campus, she is very active and serves as the vice president of the SBEL Honors Program, the Vice President of Development and co-founder of the Howard University Chapter of Consult Your Community, treasurer for the Howard University Speech and Debate Team, and treasurer for Beta Alpha Psi, Eta Nu chapter. She is also a member of the National Association of Black Accountants, Black Girls Vote HU, and the Howard University Michigan Club. Originally from Battle Creek, Michigan, Sanye is active in her community, having served on multiple youth boards and continuing to work with local groups to be an advocate for equity and inclusion. In her free time, she enjoys poetry, music, and being with friends.
